Account deletion

You can request that your account and all associated data be deleted.

1. What data will be deleted?

• Your email address, last name, first name, and phone number
• Your login credentials and passwords
• Your login history
• Your Preferences and Account Settings

2. What data is stored?

Certain data may be retained to meet our legal and tax obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy :

• Accounting and tax records are retained for 10 years
• Contractual data is retained for 3 years from the end of the business relationship

3. How do I request deletion?

Please fill out the form below using the email address associated with your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
